Why we ask

We verify access to your email address before accepting an enquiry. You can then share your organisation, industry, current setup, priorities and contact preferences so the Lagatoi sales team can prepare a relevant conversation.

Verification confirms access to an email address. It does not establish your identity or authority to act for an organisation.

What is recorded

When you send the reviewed enquiry, we store your contact details and submitted brief in our internal sales workspace. Authorised sales staff can record follow-up activities, ownership, next actions and the status of your enquiry. A call request is not a confirmed booking.

Verification records include expiry and attempt controls. Verification emails are processed through a configured mail service; queued or accepted email is not proof it reached your inbox.

Other participants

Additional decision-makers or participants are optional. Share their contact details only with their permission. Any permission or availability you enter is your report, not independent verification. We do not automatically email people you nominate.

Keep it relevant

Please do not send employee records, financial account details, passwords, medical information or confidential documents through this questionnaire. No uploads are requested.

Access and follow-up

The enquiry is intended for authorised Lagatoi sales staff, not other customer organisations. Ask your sales contact if you need to correct information, discuss its use or request removal. Applicable record-handling and retention arrangements will be explained by the team; this page does not promise a fixed deletion period.

The enquiry uses a necessary same-site session cookie to protect verification and submission. Information entered in an unfinished form is not a submitted enquiry. If verification is unavailable, the page says so rather than claiming an email was sent.
